Banana Boat

Ingredients:

heavy duty foil
1 banana, unpeeled
2 to 3 teaspoons semisweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoons mini marshmallows
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar


Instructions:

Slit banana lengthwise along the inside curve but no all the way through. Leave the skin on (do not peel). Place marshmallows and chocolate chips in slit. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Wrap tightly in foil, being sure to seal ends. Place on grill over campfire or coals, slit side up. Takes about 7 minutes to cook. Variation: Substitute 2 teaspoons peanut butter for miniature marshmallows.
