Beef Taco SoupCuisine: Category: Servings: Ingredients:1 pound ground beef1 medium onion, chopped 1 can tomatoes with chilies 1 can corn, drained 1 can pinto beans 1 can hot water 1 envelope taco seasoning mix 1 envelope hidden valley ranch dressing 1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded 1/2 cup sour cream Instructions:Brown the meat and onion in Dutch oven and drain. Add in tomatoes, corn, pinto beans, water, taco seasoning, and hidden valley ranch dressing packet. cover and simmer for 45 minutes Remove lid from dutch oven, invert and set in coals, heat tortillas from lid inner surface.
