Campfire Roasted Sweet Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

12 ears of corn
1/2 cup of honey
1/4 cup of water
salt and pepper
aluminum foil


Instructions:

Gently pull the husks down from the corn but DO NOT tear them off. Remove the corn silk. In a small saucepan, boil the honey and water gently for 3 minutes. Brush the corn with the honey liquid, and season the corn with salt and pepper to taste. Pull the husks back up around the corn and wrap each ear in aluminum foil. Place the wrapped corn in the campfire coals. Cook for about 20 minutes, turning frequently, until the corn is tender.
